Rice pudding in the ultra pro

Ingredients: 1 l of whole milk
1 vanilla pod (or 2/3 sachets of vanilla sugar)
200 g round rice (mis300)
125 g sugar
2 egg yolks
50g butter
J add 1cas of rum

Pre-heat the oven to 180 ° (th 6)

Pour the rice and boiling milk into the Ultra Pro 3l. Stir with the whip. Cover and cook for 45 minutes in the oven at 180 °.
At the end of the cooking, stir the rice with the whisk and let stand another 10 minutes in the oven off but hot.
In the 1.5 l bowl, whiten the eggs with the sugar
Add this preparation to the hot rice and the butter cut into pieces. Mix with the silicone spatula.
