Yassa chicken
marinade: 2 hours at night .... Ingredients: 1 chicken and cut into pieces, 7 onions chopped, juice of 4 lemons, 2 tablespoons mustard, 6 tablespoons of oil, 1 head of garlic, 2 Maggi cubes, 2 tablespoons pepper, 1/4 tablespoon chilli, salt. Marinate the chicken with 1 tablespoon mustard, half garlic, 2 lemons, black pepper, then keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Slice and marinate the onions with the remaining mustard, lemons, pepper as you did with the chicken. Grill the chicken with 3 tablespoons of oil over high heat. Heat the oil and brown the onions, then add the remaining garlic, the grilled chicken, 2 cups water, the cubed Maggi, the chilli and salt.
Let simmer for 30 or 40 minutes until the chicken is ready and the liquid in the sauce is almost completely absorbed. And it's ready.
Serve with rice or couscous. Enjoy your meal!
