Briouates or cigars with almonds
A better recipe the next day and it keeps very very well. ..
* 300g ground almonds * 150g caster sugar * * 15 bricks leaves cut in half (I took pate filo) * Honey *
* 1 case of butter
* a cac cinnamon powder
* water of orange blossom
* of frying oil
Mix the ground almonds with the sugar and cinnamon, add butter and about 3 tablespoon of orange blossom to obtain an almond paste. Make some small balls of almond paste. On the end of each half sheet of filo paste, drop a ball and fold into triangle or cigar.Souder the triangles with egg yolk. fry in preheated oil. Drain the briouates or cigar on sopalin and immerse them immediately in the oriental honey that you will preheat.
