Blueberry and white chocolate muffins
Personally I had to double the recipe because the boxes paper was a little bigger than the standard. They have a diameter of 5 cm by 9 .....
260 g of flour
160 g of sugar
1/2 sachet of baking powder 1 pinch of salt
6 cl of oil
14 cl of milk
200 g of blueberries
Some white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C In a salad bowl, sift together flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In another bowl beat the eggs with a whisk. Add the oil and the milk. Mix the two preparations just to make them homogeneous. Add the blueberries and chocolate and mix but do not work the dough too much. Spread in 12 muffin cups or paper trays. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let them cool on a rack.
