Coconut flan
I chose to make this flan in individual terrine. I therefore had to reduce the cooking by half. But I give you the recipe for a cake mold.
Ingredients: 400 g of sweetened condensed milk, 40 cl of coconut milk, 3 eggs, 100 g of powdered sugar, 20 cl of water.
